Igor Frank, owner of Hilton Auto Collision Center, had spent decades building his business in Pasadena. The shop was known for its precision repairs, its clean lines of freshly painted cars gleaming in the California sun, and Igor’s reputation as someone who treated customers like family. The move, however, wasn’t smooth. Within days of settling into the new Los Angeles location, Igor arrived one morning to find graffiti scrawled across the side of his freshly painted building.
